This involves the creation of tutorials using holographic and multimedia elements that help users to understand and manage equipment. This is the most experimental part of the project as it involves testing a specific tool of the HoloLens 2 device: the Dynamics 365 Guides application. With this tool, it will be possible to easily create a tutorial with holograms, images, videos… with which the professional can be trained in the use of a new technological device. It will be a particularly interesting and useful resource for biomedical companies.

The tutorials that have been created during the REEB project have been:

In educational centers and biomedical companies, there is an array of equipment whose operating manuals are, on many occasions, cumbersome. Simplifying this work tool would be very useful to increase the efficiency in the learning process of these devices and their effectiveness.

The expected impact of this work are:

The improvement of the knowledge and use of the equipment by the students.

Make students who acquire the knowledge in this too individuals more likely to gain employment and be successful in their chosen occupations.

Greater and better use of the equipment available in the educational centers.

Increase sinergies between educational centers and biomedical companies, as these can receive a totally innovative service from Universities, Education and Training Centers.

As for the workflow, it will be carried out as follows:

 

– Pedagogical proposal for teaching and learning activities: CIFP Los Gladiolos, Kauno Kolegija and Osakidetza Basque Health Service.

 

– Vidzeme and University of La Laguna: training and technical support.

 

– Osakidetza Basque Health Service: select the information that will appear in these tutorials and propose contents.

 

– Tests with students in Spain.

 

– Tests and corrections with Latvian students.

 

– Final product.

 

– Evaluation and promotion.
